Driveway washing
Driveways, sidewalks, patios, and the concrete under a carport. Dirt, mildew, and the dark haze from tires come off so the approach matches the rest of the wash.
Exterior window cleaning
Glass on the outside of the house: panes, sliding doors, and the frames around them. Priced as its own line so the windows are part of the job, not a leftover.
Rust removal
Orange irrigation streaks, fertilizer stains, and metal bleed on concrete and siding. Treated as its own job, because a standard wash often leaves the orange behind.

Will a house wash damage siding or plants?
Siding and painted trim are soft washed, with the cleaner doing the work instead of high pressure. Concrete can take a harder wash. Google reviews mention plants around the house coming through unharmed. Tell us what is planted against the wall so we can work around it.
Can you remove rust, or does a wash just fade it?
Rust from irrigation, fertilizer, and metal is its own job. A standard wash often leaves the orange stain. If you see arcs on the driveway or streaks on the siding, say so on the quote.
