Leland sits on the Brunswick County side of the Cape Fear, across the water from Wilmington. A lot of the houses here are newer vinyl or fiber-cement with wide concrete drives, and a lot of them have irrigation. Spring shows up the same way on street after street: green film on the shaded wall, pollen on whatever faces the road, and orange arcs where the sprinklers hit the walk.
Charles's Pressure Washing LLC has been washing exteriors in this area since 2000. A typical Leland visit is the house, the driveway and front walk, and a separate look at rust if the orange would still be there after a plain wash. Exterior windows are their own line on the quote, so the glass is part of the price.
The regular route runs through Brunswick Forest, Waterford, Magnolia Greens, and Compass Pointe, and through the older streets closer to the river. Bolivia is a short hop. If you are on the way toward Southport, ask — we would rather say yes or no on the phone than leave the map vague.
